Health & Fitness – Venus Yoga presented a live class demonstration promoting wellness and balance.

Tai Chi Demonstration – A graceful showcase of Tai Chi movements highlighting relaxation and mindfulness.

Millbrae Recreation Center Chinese Line Dance Class students presented a colorful and spirited Chinese line dance.

Millbrae Recreation Center American Line Dancing,  Music & Motion Demonstration – Participants enjoyed a lively line dance demo that got everyone moving to the rhythm.

Palo Alto Chinese Drum Team Performance – The team energized the crowd with a powerful and dynamic drum performance.
